Group Tours
The Museum can accommodate up to sixty (60) visitors at a time.
The visit/program typically lasts about 2 hours and we like to start by 10:30 at the latest, Tuesday through Friday. We can accomodate an afternoon visit on Monday, if that works for you.
The cost is $3.00 per student payable on the day of the visit. Teachers/Chaperones are free.
We do a 15 minute introduction for the whole group, then split them in half. Half of the group does a tour of the museum while the other half does an activity which can be flexible based on your student’s needs. As an example, we have Hannah’s Suitcase and an Irena Sendler art activity. We then bring everyone back together for a conclusion.
If you’d like a Survivor presentation, we request that we do that for the whole group at the school. That is included in the cost of the museum visit.
