The Headquarters Branch Library will host The Holocaust Museum & Education Center of Southwest Florida’s travelling Boxcar Exhibit from April 30th to May 14th. On May 2 at 10am, Holocaust Survivor Pieter Kohnstam will speak of his family’s WWII escape to avoid persecution by the Nazi regime. They left Nuremberg, Germany, for Amsterdam, where they lived in the same apartment complex as Anne Frank’s family.
