The Holocaust Museum is pleased to invite you to the inaugural presentation of the new Quartely Survivor Series. Every three months, we will introduce you to another of our wonderful Holocaust Survivors that live in our community.
Sunday, October 6th, meet Rob Nossen. Rob’s family was orginally from Germany, but later moved to The Netherlands (Holland). The family was arrested and sent to Westerbork, only to be released back to Amsterdam. In 1944, the family was re-arrested and sent to Terezin (Theresienstadt) in Czechoslovakia, where they stayed for the remainder of the war.
Learning from their stories helps us to better understand the events of the past in a way that can influence our actions in the present.
